Wow. I can’t even believe it is the end of 2018 already. That year sure flew by. Maybe, just maybe, it is because it was such an amazing year!
In January, I started my new career path….animal communication. It was the best decision I have ever made. I was born to do it, and it really just came naturally. The hardest thing for me was doing something my family didn’t “approve” of. It took me a month or so to really let that go, but once I did, my whole being rose to the next level of vibration. It was like a plane taking off. I was just THERE. I was one big ball of intuition. I could finally see everyone. I saw Koda, and Echo, and all my other animals that have transitioned. I finally saw Leeann, Chris, Mike, Sean and everyone else. They helped me from their side, and I really just trusted myself more than I ever had before. Chris was all for it, and excited too. It made it much easier knowing he was with me on all this.
February brought my convention, which went perfectly. All along I had been worried that I would either get stuck in snow, or the flu. All that waste of energy worrying. 2 weeks before the con, I finally made a huge effort to LET THE WORRY GO. and it worked. I simply KNEW it would all go perfectly, and it did. I did my meet and greet with Matt Davis, and even though I was a little nervous about that, it went great. OF course, he recognized me, but he was very well behaved, and we all had a great time, just hanging out and talking. I gave him my present, and he ended up being a client by the end of the year. The rest of the con was amazing. Had so much fun with Tabby, and then actually meeting so many facebook friends in person was great. I knew that this would really be my last one, so I just let loose and had a ball.
I then spent the next few months concentrating on my animal communication. I went to Joans’ house in California in April AND October to get hands on practice and help. It was so much fun. Now, at the end of the year, I am almost done with my 200 practice sessions. Phew. that was a lot of work, but I am now that much more confident in my abilities. I got my name and website, and cards. I started finding little fairs, etc, and doing those. I networked with a few vets, and at PC Pantry. I consistently received messages that helped the owners. My business skyrocketed even before I was out of school. I may have made half as much in 2017 as I did in 2016, but I made double my 2016 amount this year between the animal communication and Reiki, and then doing 5 hours a week of massage. My office is working out perfectly. I started getting all kinds of referrals from the yoga clients. Now, I actually have to limit my time working, to be sure I have time to spend with the rest of the family.
Chris is loving his new job. he finally pretty much gave up side jobs, and focused on CSC. He worked about 45 hours a week for them, and then had the rest of the weekend to do fun things with us. We finally started acting like a couple again, which felt great! After 28 years together, we had started to feel like roommates. Not anymore!
And with all that, we both finally got serious about using our rec room to work out in. we started Yoga, and now we both feel really good. no more achy bodies and back pain. WE even started one of those meal services, so we ate more veggies and GOOD home-cooked meals. It was the snowball effect of health for us!!
Now, I am one week away from graduating from CWALU. I have plenty of business, and animals have become my whole world. Life is AMAZING!
Things with mom are different, but good in their own way, too. I don’t see her or my brother a lot, but I’m busy, so all is good. They are both happy living up in the mountains.
Oh, yeah! We finally got another kitten. It wasn’t easy to convince Chris, because he was still recovering from losing Echo. But, this little girl found us, and we ALL love her. Chris also finally talked to his mom, and got all that out. It opened up his heart and we were able to let the little kitten in. She, like Echo, completes our pack. I can see her playing with Echo too. and Koda hangs out with all of us, of course.
So, as you can see, life is going in the direction we have always known it would. We are both happy, and feeling and looking good. Can’t wait to see what 2019 holds for us!
